STA 1+00 · The stake line

Photo at the stake.
Filed in the project folder automatically.

Enter the point or say it, then take the photo. The phone names it, tags the date and GPS, and puts it in the job's project folder on Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or your own phone. Nobody has to move photos off a phone at the end of the day.

The office sees what has been staked, by point number, the same day.

Stake questioned?
Show the photo.

Stakes get hit, pulled and reset by other trades. Without a photo it is your crew's word against the contractor's, and the restake or the chargeback lands on you.

  • Show exactly what was set: the point, the cut, the marks on the lath.
  • Date and location on every photo, filed under the job.
  • Check important staking from the office before anyone builds off it.

With Pro, the photo stamp burns point, date, GPS and initials into the corner of the image.
